The Problem: We’re in survival mode!! Ministries are finding themselves without the needed resource of adult
volunteers (mission community). Committee or Board function is weak or non-existent, and key leadership is
struggling to create and carry out a proactive ministry plan.
volunteers (mission community). Committee or Board function is weak or non-existent, and key leadership is

The Solution: Provide leadership with clear teaching and coaching to incorporate a biblical model of ministry
ownership by creating clear next steps, building healthy teams, and developing a greater mission community.
ownership by creating clear next steps, building healthy teams, and developing a greater mission community.
The Process: Meet with ministry leadership in multiple meetings over 6-9 months to introduce Walking the Walls
coaching and the book of Nehemiah. Relational coaching from scripture and clear instruction from practical
documents establish a pathway for building Gates (Sub-Teams). This model will be followed to develop the greater
volunteer mission community needed for ministry success.
